The Biz Diva’s Restorative Retreat provides you the opportunity to get a fresh perspective — professionally and personally — within a safe, inclusive, and reflective community.
Through self-reflection and engagement with others, you will explore and discover the next steps to being the leader you want to be.
Engage with others
Facilitated small-group activities will offer the chance to get to know others, learn from them, and get feedback. You’ll get your own spotlight time to support you wherever — and however — you need it. There will be both structured time to interact with new friends as well as open-ended opportunity to share the moment, laughter, and fun.
Connect with yourself
There will be plenty of unscheduled time to write in your journal, walk, hike trails, and let nature soothe you. Take time to meditate. Sit, pause, and take in the beautiful landscape. Journaling and visualization activities invite you to go deeper, while walking and bodywork allow you to unwind. You can schedule a massage for added relaxation.

Secluded and tranquil, Marconi Conference Center is gracefully situated in the coastal forest on Tomales Bay. The beautiful natural setting offers a respite from the busy world, yet it’s just 50 miles from San Francisco.
The well-appointed accommodations are nestled around a garden courtyard and offer an ideal spot for relaxing between meetings. The guest rooms feature organic bedding, private bath, and view of the bay or the forest. Nature abounds at Marconi and the property has a variety of walking trails for your enjoyment.
Delicious meals are served three times a day made with fresh, local ingredients, inspired by the season.
You can select a single, double or triple room. If you want to share your room with specific attendee(s), please let us know when you sign up.

If you need to cancel your reservation, we will gladly refund the amount paid, less a $250 administration fee.
After September 1
Sorry, no refunds but you may transfer your paid reservation to another woman, plus a $100 administration fee.
